The ScottNet^® Calendar system is a web based calendar system that can serve companies, groups, individuals, or entities such as a conference room. The calendar system also manages personal, group, or corporate task assignment and management. Because the ScottNet^® Calendar System is completely web based you can easily access and manage your calendar(s) from anywhere in the world using any browser technology.

The ScottNet^® Calendar system allows non-subscribers to receive invitations to meetings, schedule or confirm (R.S.V.P) an appointment with you or your company, and to be notified when the location or time changes. This means that your scheduling system talks to your clients without them having to work very hard.

The Personal Calendar

Your virtual secretary ? Pretty close to it. This system allows you to manage your calendar and review it by month, week, or day. When you are running late, you can tell your calendar to reschedule or notify the remaining appointments in your day. The system contacts your appointments, reschedules them, and them notifies you of the outcomes.

Simply enter an address and the system automatically links to on-line mapping services such as Microsoft's Expedia web site. Their system allows you to obtain maps, driving directions, and other features such as flight reservations, car rentals, and hotel reservations. Never be late to a meeting because you couldn't find your client's location. Now you and your invitees have the same expertise as the most seasoned taxi driver.

Synchronize / Export your data

CDPD, Ricochet, and other wireless technologies are advancing everyday to allow you to manage your calendar(s) via the Internet only, but until then, you can export your web calendar data to Act, Palm, Microsoft's Outlook, Lotus Notes, and other systems that support comma separated values (CSV).
