Add your event

Set your event with a title, location(s), price, and a comprehensive description.

Invite your sponsors, speakers, and attendees.

Our system allows you to invite your speakers and attendees using a simple web interface. They can RSVP using their web browser or e-mail. You get real time reports on who has read your invitation, who has responded, and who has not.

Configure your workshops

Your event may have zero to infinity workshops that you offer with different sponsors, leads, etc. Workshops can also be priced individually.

Set-up travel arrangements.

You can set-up travel arrangements including preferred lodging locations. Using Microsoft's Expedia web site your attendees can make their travel arrangements, fly, rent a car, schedule that side trip, etc. We have integrated the Microsoft Expedia travel system into our event management system making it easy to serve all of your attendee's needs.
